Registering for Camp

Registering for Camp is quite easy! Please read our information on pricing throughly and then fill out our Handler/Client contract and fax back to us at (951)-354-0189 or bring it with your camper when you drop him off at camp!

Entry Preparation:

All entries will be charged to client credit card per account arrangements with Best In Show entry service. (1-800-247-7005)

Travel Expenses:

Dogs shown by us will be responsible for a portion of our travel expense, to be divided equally among each client, to include gas, motel & meals. For all shows requiring air travel, the client shall bear the entire expense for said trip, in addition to a handling fee of $500.00.

Billing:

A deposit of $500.00 shall be required of each client to be applied towards the final bill.

Bills for services rendered shall be prepared at the conclusion of each month. Payments for same shall be due upon presentation. For all balances remaining unpaid after 30 days, we will levy a 1.5% service charge to the entire balance, and the service charge shall be added each month thereafter.

A charge of $25.00 will be made for any returned checks. Any charges incurred for the collection of any unpaid accounts, will be the responsibility of the client.

Awards and Cash Prizes:

All ribbons & trophies will be returned to each owner. All cash money awards shall become the property of the handler, to include sweepstakes awards, cash prizes at shows, cash awards at Invitationals and Tournament competitions, in addition to awards (cash), received for any and all promotions during the show career of each dog.

Cancellations:

Should show services be canceled after the close of entries or less than 24 hours prior to the close of entries, handling fees will be charged as if services had been rendered.

Should entries be missed, by the owner, for shows booked, handling fees will be charged as if services had been rendered.

Should ring or scheduling conflicts arise, we will make every effort to have your dog exhibited by a qualified handler, and fees will be charged accordingly. Arrangements must be made in advance if this policy is not acceptable.

Liabilities:

We carry a full protection care, custody and control liability insurance policy with policy limits of $50,000.00 per dog. A copy of this policy is available upon request.
